Photo Cards vs Cardstock

One of our most commonly asked questions is... "What paper type should I get? Photo cards, or cardstock?" Here we will answer that question for you!

Photo Cards:


Photo cards are printed on professional photo paper by our professional photo lab. The cards will have the same type finish as a photograph. The finishes come in matte and glossy. Photo cards are more affordable, and have a faster turn-around time compared to cardstock cards. I most cases, we can get photo cards to you within 4-6 Business days.

Cardstock Cards:

Cardstock cards are digitally printed by our professional lab. They come in three finishes, matte (110lb paper), glossy (110lb paper) and recycled paper (100lb paper.) Cardstock cards are allow for printing on both the front and the back of the card, and they are more professional looking. These cards require extra time and shipping, which makes their turn-around time between 7-10 business days, in most cases.
